Host cancellation terms

Each listing shows the cancellation terms set by its host. Those terms apply to that booking.

Platform-wide rules

If a guest pays for dates that are no longer available, the booking is not confirmed and the full amount is refunded automatically.

Host cancels a confirmed booking: [Owner to provide: guest refund and any host penalty].

Refund timing
